Julie Lima joins YMCA of Greater Boston team as Senior Vice President/Chief Development Officer
The YMCA is pleased to announce the recent addition of Newton resident Julie Lima as Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer.

The YMCA of Greater Boston is pleased to announce the recent addition of Newton resident Julie Lima as Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer.
For the last six years, Lima was the Vice President of Development for Cradles to Crayons where she served as Chief Strategist for Fund Development and as an advisor to the national and Boston boards. The YMCA also has a partnership with Cradles to Crayons, working together for the children of the Greater Boston area.
Lima has over 18 years of development experience in the Greater Boston area. Prior to her position at Cradles to Crayons, Lima was the Director of Leadership Gifts at the Pine Street Inn for four years. She has also held leadership positions at other high profile non-profits such as the Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange and the Massachusetts Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation. Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Stonehill College and a Master’s of Social Work from Boston College.
